We have the expected post, at last! It has been an odissey but finally we made it!
We want to help you to make bread in your house, only If you want of course! Follow this instruccions and in two hour or less you can eat a delicious bread.
1st Step:
Ingredients and utensils that you will need to make a 500g of Bread:
- 500g Flour
- A bit of yeast
- 200ml of water
- A bit of sugar
- A bit of salt
- Cumin
- One big bowl
- One big test tube or big cup with ml marks
- One spoon wood
- One empty glass bottle
2nd Step:

3rd Step:
- Clean your hands.
- Take the bowl and put inside 500g of flour. And make a volcano
- Take the big cup and put the yeast, 200ml of water, a little bit of salt and sugar.And mix all.

4th Step:
- Put the yeast slowly in the volcano at the same time you are mixing with the spoon wood.
- When you get empty the test tube, continously mixing the paste, don't stop until it has dense texture and all the paste it be compact.
- Leve rest for about 30 minutes near the radiator or under the sun, DON'T COVER THE BOWL. The dough have to grow up.
5th Step:
- Do something else while you are waiting, clean the dishes, clean the mess of your bedroom, do more exercices...
6th Step:
- Clean and put some oil in your hands.
- After 30 minutes, if the dough it's well, put some flour on the table, take the bowl and get out the dough on the table.
- And now it's the time to start to knead the dough with your hands, put all the love and energy that you have got at this job because is the most important part in all of work.
- All the time under the dough it must be flour, it's very important, with this action we get to avoid that the dough it sticking in the table and also we help us to work easier.
7th Step: THE STAR STEP
- Take your empty bottle.
- Put in front of the dough.
- Put on horizontal above the dough and starting to roll, up and down.
- Enjoy it and do pressure in the movement, we need to get a good dough

8th Step:
- Put de dought on the baking tray and cover, this time for about 40-50 minutes, you will see when you can start to cook.
9th Step:
